Our Brew kits are designed with simplicity in mind. They are well suited for the beginner to the advanced brewer.
Ale yeast is used which means strict temperature control and/or refrigerated aging is not required, and more complex steps like two-stage fermentation are not required (although two-stage fermentation can be used if you prefer). Keep in mind that our Advanced and Masters Kits do not necessarily produce better beer than our Beginers Kit, only styles that are not possible with basic methods.
