Shipping/Handling Policy:
Our standard shipping method is United Parcel Service (UPS) with delivery generally in 7 to 10 business days. For expedited shipments or shipments to AK, HI, PR and VI, we can ship UPS or United States Postal Service (USPS) air. Shipping is based on actual UPS or USPS charges.
Claims for damage during shipment must be made by you to the delivering carrier within three days. Santa Barbara Home Brew Supply cannot initiate claims for you.
Return Policy:
If within 30 days from date of invoice you are not completely satisfied, you may return the (new, saleable condition) item for a refund or exchange. In order to guarantee the integrity of our products, special orders, altered merchandise and perishables are non-returnable.
Simply ship back the product UPS or Parcel Post insured with a copy of the invoice, reason for return and brief instructions. We cannot accept returns that are sent COD, but we will refund actual ground shipping charges if the return is our error.
