Alexanders pale and wheat malts are some of the finest and most neutral base extracts available, made from American barley and wheat malts. The Amber and Nut Brown extracts can be blended, or used alone to produce a beer with a sweet caramel touch or a smooth, nutty flavor. Unhopped malts come in a 4 lb. can.
